Three things you must ask before sending
- Whether the categories match: official website catalog or confirm by phone.
- Who receives samples: shop owner, purchaser or warehouse.
- Full address and phone number to facilitate customs clearance contact.
Objects were searched by city from Chuhai Qiao. Retail stores, wholesalers, and importers have different standards for sending samples. Do not use the same box of goods to cope with them.
Separate retail samples and importer samples
Independent stores usually accept one or two pieces of finished products or color cards; importers will ask for specifications, packaging and inspection indexes. The quotation can be added later, see How to write a quotation. Shipping terms are found in DDP and FOB.
Fill in the declared product name truthfully. Under-declaring it may cause the package to get stuck. Ask your freight forwarder for specific operations. This page does not replace customs declaration guidance.
